Jane Timken Launches Digital Campaign to “Reject Tim Ryan”

CANTON, OH – U.S. Senate candidate Jane Timken launched a new digital campaign Wednesday highlighting Tim Ryan’s true colors as a “Loud. Proud. Liberal.”  The ads, running on Facebook, Twitter, Google and other digital platforms, call on voters to sign a petition urging Ohioans to “Reject Tim Ryan.”

“Tim Ryan has tried to talk out of both sides of his mouth for years. He pretends to be a champion of the working class, but votes in lockstep with the radical liberal policies of Nancy Pelosi and AOC that will raise taxes, kill jobs and destroy Ohio’s energy resources,” said Timken.

“I’m running for the Senate to be the true champion for Ohio’s families, businesses and workers,” continued Timken.  “We don’t need any more radical left policies in Washington.”

You can view the petition HERE. An example of the ad is below.

Timken Condemns Democrats’ Radical Court-Packing Agenda

CANTON, OH – U.S. Senate candidate Jane Timken released the following statement condemning Democrats’ radical court-packing agenda:

“The Democrats’ latest power grab to pack the Supreme Court is about one thing: cementing liberal dominance for decades to come. Democrats want to completely erode our God-given right to life and right to bear arms, and they are using the Supreme Court as their radical vehicle. Not long ago, Joe Biden himself said packing the Supreme Court was a ‘bonehead idea,’ but Democrats, drunk on power, continue to move increasingly left.

This latest overreach highlights exactly why it is so critical that we retake the Senate in 2022, starting with my race in Ohio.  As Senator, I will always stand up for conservative voices and protect our Constitution. Our rights are God-given, not government-given!” – U.S. Senate candidate Jane Timken

ICYMI: Timken: A nuclear Iran would pose an unacceptable threat

Cincinnati Enquirer
U.S. Senate Candidate Jane Timken
April 23, 2021

“There are so many disastrous things happening with the Biden administration’s domestic policy agenda – reckless spending, higher taxes, instituting a Green New Deal takeover and more – that we are often not hearing about the international policies that Biden is unraveling.

None are as consequential as Biden’s steps to return the U.S. to Obama’s disastrous 2015 nuclear deal with Tehran, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iran laughably claims its nuclear technology is needed for civilian purposes, and not for destroying our American way of life and greatest partner and ally in the Middle East, Israel.

President Trump was right to withdraw from the JCPOA and take on Iran from a position of power. Instead of capitulating to Iran, Trump showed the necessary strength by introducing the most robust economic sanctions that have ever been placed on the regime. The Trump administration labeled the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps a terrorist organization for the first time, weakened Iran’s economy and ability to act, and showed unshakable support for our ally Israel, encapsulated with his move to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. The Trump administration even organized a coalition of Middle Eastern states together under their opposition to Iran, a move culminating in the historic Abraham Accords.

Unfortunately, we are now seeing Biden and the same swampy politicians that oversaw the Biden/Obama foreign policy failures strip back the incredible successes implemented by President Trump, leading to an emboldened Tehran government and a volatile Middle East.

So how can Americans trust that Biden and his administration will hold Iran accountable if the U.S. reenters the agreement?

Obama’s own Defense Secretary Bob Gates famously said that Biden “has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue” in his tenure.

America – and Israel – cannot afford Biden being wrong again when it comes to rejoining the Iran Nuclear Agreement. An Iran armed with nuclear weapons would pose an unacceptable danger to Israel and the United States.

Biden needs to understand – we cannot coddle the Iranian regime. We must commit to a strong path forward. The only thing that rogue nations understand is strength. President Trump knew this, but if history is any indication, Biden does not.

In the Senate, I will seek to build on President Trump’s historic achievements that brought peace, stability and economic prosperity to the region. I will always work to protect and strengthen our ties with Israel, our greatest democratic partner in the Middle East. I will never apologize for keeping America and our allies safe.”

Tim Ryan: A Rubber Stamp for the Radical Left

“Tim Ryan’s record proves he is nothing but a rubber stamp for the radical left and Pelosi’s guy in Ohio. Ohio needs a Senator that will put Ohio interests first – not Nancy Pelosi’s.  I will proudly be that America First champion for all Ohioans.” – U.S. Senate Candidate Jane Timken

Background:

According to Cleveland.com, “a google search for ‘Tim Ryan considering’ yields about 17.4 million results.’”  But now that perennial seeker of higher officer has finally decided to announce a candidacy, here are some important things to keep in mind:

Ryan has voted 100% in lockstep with Nancy Pelosi over the last two years: “disagreed on 0 votes out of 75 votes in the 116th Congress.”

Ryan is a founding member of the “Medicare for All” caucus and co-sponsored Rep. Pramila Jayapal’s government-run healthcare bill that goes even further than Bernie Sanders’ proposal.

Just last week, Ryan voted to grant DC statehood – a move that would diminish the voice of his own constituents.

Instead of calling out Biden’s “infrastructure-in-name-only” bill, Ryan has said his “only critique” was that the $2 trillion bill wasn’t big enough.

Ryan, a former vocal opponent of abortion who seemingly changed his tune to fit his Party’s litmus test, now wants to get rid of the Hyde Amendment and advocates for taxpayer-funded abortions.

Ryan’s radical climate agenda includes supporting the rejoining of the disastrous Paris Climate Agreement and advocating for the elimination of fossil fuel subsidies.

Though Ryan has been in Congress for nearly 20 years, he is ranked in the bottom percentages of the nation’s most effective legislators.

With this record, how can Ryan expect voters to give him a promotion?

Timken Releases Third Television Ad of U.S. Senate Campaign

CANTON, OH – U.S. Senate candidate Jane Timken released her third television ad Tuesday. The spot, titled “$15,000,” will run on Fox News Channel in major markets across Ohio for the next four weeks.  The ad highlights Joe Biden and Democrats’ irresponsible blue-state bailout and doubles down on the escalating border crisis and need for America First immigration policies.

“Biden and Pelosi gave New York a billion-dollar-bailout, and now this liberal blue state is giving $15,000 checks to illegal immigrants in the middle of a raging border crisis. Biden’s blue state bailout prioritizes his liberal allies, not the American people, and Ohio taxpayers are left paying the price,” said Timken.

“I’m running for the Senate to stop this insanity and advance the America First agenda,” continued Timken. “I will crack down on illegal immigration and fight to finish the wall. Like President Trump, I fight tough and I never back down.”

Timken Statement on John Kerry Allegations

CANTON, OH – U.S. Senate candidate Jane Timken released the following statement regarding the allegations surrounding John Kerry:

“The allegations against John Kerry are deeply disturbing and alarming. If true, it would be an egregious betrayal of the safety and security of America and our ally, Israel. President Biden must immediately remove Kerry from any and all intelligence matters relating to our national security so that an effective and thorough investigation can be conducted. If proven true, John Kerry should be fired.

This frightening incident only highlights the dangers of an increasingly emboldened Iran. The United States should in no way re-enter the failed Iran Nuclear Agreement with bad-faith actors who are looking to do harm to America and Israel. The Biden administration should cease talks, maintain strong sanctions, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Israel.”
