Timken Garners Unmatched Ohio Support with 90% of Q3 Donors Coming from Ohio
October 8, 2021
CANTON, OH – U.S. Senate candidate Jane Timken announced a third quarter fundraising haul of over $1.7 million Friday, with more than $3.1 million cash on hand. In stark contrast to other candidates in the race, Timken has robust statewide support with over 3,200 Ohio donors cycle to date, including over 1,200 Ohio donors in the third quarter alone. Cycle to date, 80% of Timken’s contributions have come from people in Ohio, including individual donor support in all 88 Ohio counties.
“I am proud to be the only candidate that has the grassroots financial support of everyday Ohioans living in this state,” said Timken. “This race is about Ohio and I am grateful to be fueled by hard-working, patriotic Ohioans who have invested in me as the candidate that can win, take back our country from the brink of socialism, and return Ohio to the America First policies that were working for families. I am running FOR Ohio, IN Ohio, supported BY Ohioans.”
In addition to this strong Ohio support, Timken has also earned endorsements from over 160 conservative leaders and activists across the state, highlighting her proven leadership. She is also the only U.S. Senate candidate doing significant direct voter contact efforts. Team Timken has already surpassed half a million voter contacts cycle to date, including over 30,000 in a single day on a recent ‘Super Saturday.’
