Jane Timken Launches New Statewide TV Ad Taking Aim at Opponents Who “Overcompensate”

February 18, 2022

CANTON, OH – Jane Timken, candidate for U.S. Senate, announced a new statewide TV ad titled “Overcompensate.”

The script reads:
“I’m Jane Timken. We all know guys who overcompensate for their inadequacies, and that description fits the guys in the Senate race to a T.

Well, I’m different. I’m the MAGA conservative with a backbone.

As your GOP Chairman, I turned Ohio into Trump country. And as your next Senator, I’ll fight for stronger borders, American jobs, and parents’ rights.

I approve this message because I’m Trump tough, and I put America First.”

“In a field of candidates who quit on Ohioans, bashed President Trump and his policies, or are trying to overcompensate for their lack of record through big money, I am the true, America First candidate that has been fighting for Ohio,” said Timken. “As Ohio’s next United States Senator, I will be a firewall against the radical Democrat agenda of soaring inflation, open borders, rising crime, and a weakened America that has been a disaster for this country.”

The six-figure buy is an extension of the campaign’s earlier paid media blitz on Fox News Channel and continued messaging campaign. Timken’s paid advertising bolsters an unparalleled field operation and grassroots efforts on the ground in Ohio.

Just this week, Timken secured two major endorsements. Retiring Senator Rob Portman endorsed Timken as his successor and former Trump Adviser Kellyanne Conway joined the campaign as a Senior Strategist.

These endorsements follow over 180+ Ohio conservatives, House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, and conservative women’s groups Maggie’s List, VIEWPAC, and Winning for Women who have also thrown their support behind Timken.
