Timken Stands at U.S-Mexico Border and Pledges to Finish President Trump’s Wall

CANTON, OH – As part of the campaign’s seven-figure broadcast TV buy, U.S. Senate candidate Jane Timken launched a new ad today, titled “Crackdown,” which takes aim at the illegal immigration crisis at the Southern Border. In the ad, Timken stands at the U.S-Mexico border and pledges to finish President Trump’s wall and end the flood of illegal drugs fueling Ohio’s opioid epidemic.

“Walls work, and as a U.S. Senator, I’ll fight to finish what President Trump started,” said Timken. “Border security is national security, and it’s time we defend our country.”

 The script reads:
“Under Joe Biden, illegal immigrants and drug cartels are flooding Ohio with heroin and fentanyl.

Now opioid deaths are surging again.

I’m Jane Timken and I know border security is national security.

As the real Trump conservative, I will fight to finish this wall, secure this border, and crackdown on the drug cartels.

(President Trump) “Ohio GOP Chairman, Jane Timken. She’s unbelievable.”

I approved this message because I’m Trump tough.”

This ad is a continuation of the seven-figure buy running on broadcast in Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Dayton, while also appearing on Fox News in those markets and in Youngstown.

Timken boasts an impressive roster of supporters including endorsements from U.S. Senator Rob Portman, 180 Ohio elected officials, Senators Joni Ernst, Shelley Moore Capito and Deb Fischer, House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, and conservative women’s groups VIEWPAC, Maggie’s List, and Winning for Women. Timken also has the support of Former Trump Campaign Manager and White House Senior Counselor Kellyanne Conway, and Former Trump campaign team Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie.
