Growing Endorsements Add to Large Statewide Coalition as Clear Grassroots Candidate
August 5, 2021
CANTON, OH – U.S. Senate candidate Jane Timken announced new endorsements today from Ohio conservative leaders, bringing her total statewide coalition to over 150 endorsements. This consolidation of support this early in the race and in a crowded primary field highlights Timken as the grassroots, consensus candidate Ohio conservatives trust. Timken’s army of Ohio supporters dwarfs that of her opponents who are either relying on national interests to boost their bid or have no statewide viability.
“Ohio’s grassroots conservatives know me and trust my leadership because unlike other candidates in this race, I have been the one fighting in the trenches with them,” said Timken. “Fighting for President Trump, fighting for America First policies, and fighting for conservative principles that have worked for Ohio. I am proud to have an army of grassroots warriors championing my America First candidacy. Together, we will win this race.”
“No one has worked harder for Republicans and to instill Republican values in Ohio than Jane did during her time as Ohio Republican Party Chair. She has been a tremendous asset to Ohio and she will continue to be as our next United State Senator. We need more people like Jane in public office and she has my full endorsement.” – Mike Zuren, Lake County Treasurer-Elect
“I am supporting Jane because she is a strong Republican who has shown that she will fight every day for our conservative values. I am confident that she will go to Washington and work effectively to bring the best policies for Ohioans. She has my full support.” – Pat South, former Warren County Commissioner

Today’s milestone comes on the heels of another major endorsement from America First champion Governor Kristi Noem. This adds to the growing momentum and enthusiasm behind Timken’s grassroots campaign as the only candidate in the race with a statewide coalition in all 88 counties with ‘Timken County Chairs’ statewide. Timken is also the only campaign doing direct voter contact efforts, already surpassing 300,000 voter contacts, including 100,000 doors knocked. Importantly, Timken is also the only candidate with statewide donor support in all of Ohio’s 88 counties, raising 84% of her total funds from within the Buckeye State.
